Produce state of the art Schedules for Marketing Division for Project proposals. Create detailed schedule with cash flow & manpower histogram for Interior Division, Core & Shell & other Construction division of HRH.

Worked as a Scheduling Consultant for Transit Authorities’ in-house projects. Create detailed baseline construction schedules for 5 Projects using Primavera Suretrak & P3 & doing monthly progressing & Project updates. Re-structured the other 6 ongoing projects running in Plantrak to Primavera P3 format. Created a program that monitors the overall movement & deployment of manpower up to year 2001, for all in-house projects using P3’s resource leveling & manpower Histograms.

 Worked with American, Dutch & British expatriates. Spend full time Planning & Scheduling work for the above project & create overall Project Schedule, level 0 – 4, patterned to Masterformat with ABS & WBS network structure. Support to other megaprojects consist of 5 big Military airbase in the desert areas worth 1.5 billion dollars each, PeaceSun 9 & the USAF’s F-15 training center in Khamis S.A.
