I graduated from the Faculty of Engineering - Zagazig University in 1996, with General grade Very Good, and specialized in the Civil Engineering
I am married and have 4 age school kids.
I have an extensive experience in Primavera V.6.1, Primavera Contract Management PCM V.12, Office XP (Excel – Word – Power Point), Auto CAD 2007, Adobe Photoshop and Internet Communications.
I have over 15 years of experience in the Construction of projects and Extensive Experience in projects control “Planning, scheduling, cost controlling, reporting, monitoring and following up” on Oil and Gas, Offshore and Onshore, Broun and Green Field, Marines, LNG Storage Tanks, District Cooling Complex, Pumping Stations, Water Desalination Plants, Industrial Projects, luxurious and high rise buildings, Hospitals and Infrastructure Projects.

Currently I am working in Dubai - UAE with S.S. LOOTAH Contracting Company as Planning and cost Control Manager and Head of Projects Control Department.

- Review Project’s detailed schedule for All E-P-C Phases.
- Ensure logical work sequences across all disciplines of the project.
- Support project’s organizational and administrative activities.
- Ensure Company standard procedure and controls are applied to the time schedules.
- Direct the collection of field data and information for use in planning studies.
- Attend Project’s meetings to discuss operation’s problems, proposals and techniques for resolution.
- Prepare Monthly Projects Status Report.
- Prepare Overall Company Cash Flow.
- Overall Company Manpower Plan and Histograms Reports.
- Monitor of man-power & equipment productivities rates.
- Prepare, monitor and upgrade of Cost Codes List.
- Prepare Project’s Budget & Costing Reports.
- Overall Company’s Operational Payment Status Report.
- Prepare and Follow up EOT Claim Monthly Tracking Reports.
My Achievements:-
- On 1999I have been assigned as Site Engineer for construction of 4 Seasons Hotel Resort- Sharm Elsheikh – Egypt by “JOANNOU & PARASKEVAIDES (OVERSEAS) LTD”, I was responsible of Villas Sections, My section was the 1st Section who hand over the job to Consultant in spite of villa’s section was the last priority of all the other sections “Main Building, Chalets, Clusters, Staff Housing”.
- On 2005I have been assigned as Sr. Planning Engineer for construction of Nos. 3 pumping station at Toshka – Egypt by “ARCHIRODON CONSTRUCTION OVERSEAS CO.”, without we going into a lot of details I was one of the team work who give hand to claim the owner for 545 days as EOT and the amount of 9 Million USD to be add to the original project value “25 Million USD”.
- Since 2008 till Now I am Planning and Cost control Manager and head of Projects Control Department with S.S. Lootah Contracting Company and during this period I have so many achievements:-
- Preparing the Company Cost Code Dictionary for All Projects.
- Claim for EOT at the following Projects:-
- Al Qasba Tower (G+7p+Hc+42f+R).
- Palm Tower (G+8p+Hc+46f+Dupx).
- Beach Tower (G+7p+Hc+35f+Dupx).
- Al Hussaini Tower (G+14+Hc).
- Al Sayyah Tower (4b+G+3p+19f).
