· Supervised 150 employees on production line regularly and up to 300 when needed while ensuring compliance with all job requirements, industry standards and safety regulations.
· Was responsible for fabrication including the use of robotics, welding robots and assembling machinery, operating and repairing.
· Was in charge of quality management and made sure all procedures were in compliance with ISO 9000.
· As a team member helped implement new ideas for material management.
