Planning and Monitoring " conducted by Philippine Institute of Civil Engineer Riyadh Chapter International Charter No.2 Order of Filipino Civil Engineer in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at White Palace Hotel, King Abdul-Aziz Road Al-Malsaz Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia held last May 13, May 21 & May 27, 2011. The training concentrates from doing IPS, Projects , WBS, Calendar, Structuring Activities in their respective Categories such as ( Earthworks, Foundation Works, Structural Works, Architectural Works, Electrical Works etc. ), Assigning respective work durations, resources ( manpower, equipment , materials with their respective Estimated Work Rate per Cost per Unit based on the previous adopted work- rate history used by the company or engineering studies conducted, Assigning Relations among scope of work ( FF , SS , SF, FS ) together with thier lag of days and some step activities included, Creating Base Line Project Schedule, Importing & Exporting .xer files, Project Monitoring & Forecasting , Planned vs. Actual, Cost Monitoring, Ahead or delayed of the Schedule, up to Final Turn Over to the Owner..
