After analysis of the position announced, I consider myself a possibility to satisfy it. I believe that my background and experience could help you to achieve your objectives, by leveraging my 5+ year work in Civil Engineering, fluency in European languages and International experience.
I have worked on site and also Cost Management/Estimating (Candy CCS) & Scheduling / EVM Planning. I´ve worked in Portugal, Mexico and Mozambique, under the same company.
Currently, I'm in the R&D implementing BIM - Building Information Modeling (3D model for extraction of quantities for bids/clash detection, 4D - Line of Balance Physical Planning and Tracking ; 5D -Cost control and tracking methodologies in the biggest Portuguese multinational construction company (www.mota-engil.pt).
My Masters was taken in Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto (www.fe.up.pt) and I spent 12 years in a British School, giving me some ease with the English (both written and spoken).
Different organizational and industry requirements such as standards, rules and in-house software tools could be easily overcome with a short period of training due to my strong background in handling different software packages, computer literacy and some knowledge in programming.
