START Date

Pre-Construction Phase

  • Creation of a fully Integrated logic linked Master Programme which covers all phases of a project detailing design, procurement and construction activities.                                                                  
  • Writing of a detailed methodology, which clearly explains the sequence of construction, highlighting any constraints or required considerations.
  • Logistics / Welfare Requirements presented in annotated sketches or 3d imagery.
  • Creation of information / tracking schedules (resource / scaffold schedules etc.)

Construction Phase

  • Progressing of the Master Programme (using critical path analysis) for internal/external report submissions.
  • Producing regular client reports detailing “on site” programme position and design information.
  • Producing short term / target programmes, as and when required by the project team.
  • Monitoring/recording in detail sub-contractor progress on site (programmes, photographs etc.)
  • Attending contractor progress / design meetings and communicating current progress.
  • Compiling of KPI information on specified trade contractors in order to measure overall performance (S Curves etc..).
  • On site supervision / management and snagging where required.
  • Updating and maintaining as-built programme / detailed construction records.

Issuing of phasing diagrams to the construction team in order to clearly identify current / imminent works.
