Application for a project planner
I hereby apply for a project planner’s position in response to a role advertised at your job website.
I am an aspiring project planner with more than three years work experience and a background in project management knowledge couple with an enhanced master’s degree in project management and also APM certified PRINCE2 holder. In my planning role at Vgtech Int’l Ltd, it was the planning of the construction project for Aberdeen college offices at Mansel road, Athens in Aberdeen which is transferable. The NB planning role entails planning on the regeneration of heritage building in Keith, while the NMW Limited Port Harcourt role entails the planning of onshore product delivery within the designated stations. I have gained an efficient knowledge of primavera p6, microsoft project, microsoft excel and power point usage.
In my experience as a planner, my activities were creating the WBS, application of primavera p6 in arriving at verifiably schedules adjustable, earn value management (EVM) verifiable and many more. The APM approved PRINCE2 knowledge is an additional UK standard guide on expected principles for project controls, risk analysis, business justifications, processes and the progress measures. The primavera P6 is more enhanced software for activity sequencing together with the microsoft project that does virtually the same task as Primavera p6. Other than this, i have an outstanding leadership style transformable and applicable as at when the need arise also with a good customer behaviour constantly demonstrated within my job environment both to internal and external customers and colleagues.
I am confident my integration into your institution will be an asset to your company, attaining efficiency outcome consolidate on intended knowledge benefit. Outside this, i am flexible, open to learning, proactive, detail driven, comfortable travelling miles and a competent team player.
