Presently Working as a planning engineer in Gulf fluor, Abu Dhabi, UAE. It is a Fluorine complex project which is under construction.
- About 10 Yearsof experience in Planning &Schedulingwhich includesdevelop an overall baseline scheduleon planning software tools, Formulation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Weight-age allocation, Resource & Cost loading, Establishment of Progress “S”Curve, Preparation of progress measurement sheets for valuation (earned value). Preparation of Manpower/Machineries histograms, Monitoring overall progress, Generation of MIS Reports, Presentations for management review meetings and preparation of various planning documents/reports/delay analysis in co-ordination with concerned disciplined personnel/ departments.
- Assist in valuation of contractor’s claim as provision of contract, Cash flow Plan, Earned value, Variance analysis. Conduct site progress review meeting with contractors for progress evaluation. Co-ordination with contractors, client & consultant to meet the project schedule. Assist the Project Control Manager for preparation of Budgets, cost control measures reports and timely alert for production losses.
- Aware with all stages/cycle of projects which includes FEED, Proposal phase, Contracting phase, Planning phase, Engineering phase (Basic/Detail Engineering), Procurement phase (including expediting), Construction phase, Pre-com/ Commissioning (system wise completion) till final hand over of project.
