I am British and hold BA and PhD in economics, over the past thirty years I have been working for many government organisation on various projects in the Oil and Gas industries and recently have just completed three years working for the USA Department of State as Senior Economic Advisor at the PRT IRAQ on various projects i.e., Planning and Monitoring movement of Petroleum products, Capital Budget Execution, Business Development, Training the Disadvantage, Investment , planning research and development, market research and market appraisal, feasibility studies and financial research to reach the correct decision, health and safety procedure, monitoring up stream oil and gas in the disputed area , and governance decentralization.
During my employment for the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company as supply and distribution manager for all the petroleum products for eight years, during which I was in charge of the new Umm al Nar Depot as
Well as the stores, LPG plant and two hundred and eighty five employees in my department to manage and supply all the required petroleum products through out Abu Dhabi.
Through out my working experiences I have prepared various feasibility studies on various projects with financial analyses to achieve the right solution and take the appropriate decision accordingly.
