I am writing to you regarding vacancy of Senior Planning Manager (Metro - Saudi Arabia) advertised at www.planningplanet.com. I believe that my skills, knowledge and experience match the job’s profile. It would be grateful working for a company in which I could apply the experience achieved throughout last 14 years. As you can see in my CV I have career progression in two cycles of my professional career, working at Spain and UK.
I have a worked on mega projects one of them ITER (it is an International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor currently being constructed in the South of France. €16 billion total budged). Responsible for various schedules on parallel with €530.3 million assigned budged.
I added experience during 2 years working as Project Planner, 60% of time on site at the South Electrical Station Alliance - SEESA. Assigned to the project Bramford 400kV GIS and 132kV substation. It will be the largest power sub-electrical station in the United Kingdom and it will supply 20% of the energy required by the country. Bramford is a project with £120 million assigned budget.
Regarding heavy civil infrastructures, I am currently working as Senior Planning Engineer assigned to Paddington Crossrail station, Also I worked as Construction Manager on the Works to improve accessibility of Barcelona´s Metro, the project called Urban design for the Port of Barcelona’s Inflammable Materials Quay, Projects of design of some highways amongst others.
As you can observe on my CV, the experience on all project life cycle on relevant projects (managerial positions) conjointly with continued trainings has given me a good knowledge on best practices, procedures and techniques that are typically applied at construction and consultant businesses. Please take into account that I have good experience working on Joint Venture environments working on complex contracts NEC3 option C mainly and FIDIC.
I am Project Manager Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute too.
I am currently focused in moving with my family to the Middle East. Also, I am looking for a long term assignment.
