Through the experience and skills obtained during my years of service within the Mining and Oil & Gas sector in both project and operational management positions, I believe I am well placed to add value to potential organisations with my strength in leadership and visionary style of management.
On the journey through my professional career I have taken each challenge with an autonomous drive to enhance my knowledge and provide the management direction that is required to take the project and the organisation to a high level of excellence. Commencing my career from the grass roots of project management and extending through to that stage now whereby I am providing executive management expertise, I am able to utilise that knowledge and experience to shape the future direction of the organisation.
Those skills obtained through extensive Project Management systems, interpersonal relationships at an executive level and a strong personal desire to deliver with integrity and fairness, I am committed to achieving results. Within any organisation, there must be a dedication to ensuring the objectives are met within the constraints. To that end I have an extremely good record in ensuring projects, be that traditional or intercompany, are completed on time, on budget, and with an impeccable record on safety, quality and employee relations.
