I have developed a key execution methodology and standardised working norms to adopted to a nuclear industry from feasibility through construction and into active commissioning. I am fully aware of all the safety case requirements through the different stages of the project and the level of detail required to achieve this.
I am Fully fluent in Primavera P6 to develop project execution plans, durations, resourcing, WBS’s, Expenses, baselines, expense codes and level 6 plans, fast tracking projects, Monthly Project Progressing, Baseline Management, ‘What if’ Scenario’s on Baselines through PMI instructions. I have planned for work packages ranging from 8 million to 20 million.
