I am a 40 years old Spanish civil engineer with 11-years of experience in highway projects.
My experience includes most of the project management steps as biddings and proposals, studying the contract, looking for technical and economic improvements, planning, cost control, procurement, execution and relations with stakeholders.
I have additional training in management and economic topics related to construction. I have studied project management methods (PMBOK Guide), planning and scheduling methods (CPM, PERT/ROY), cost control techniques (Earned Value, S-Curves), risk management and claims in construction. Also, I have a good command of Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Primavera Pertmaster, Presto and other budgeting software. I’m specially interested in this kind of topics.
I’m currently developing a Doctorate Thesis about management in construction.
