I have been working on the Olympics in a lead integration role for Landscape and Public Realm for over a year and a half. My position required development of programme strategy and driving of on-site delivery to hit key milestones. I had to liaise with different Project Managers across the park and agree access and scope requirements that met our programme dates. The whole integrated programme was run in Primavera P6 for which I was required to perform critical path analysis and programme delay mitigation.
Previously I ran a large residential project which included substantial ground works and large structural works. I developed the detailed plan for the design and construction periods and reported progress against this baseline to the Client. I was responsible for resolving any issues with the contractor and technical architect and assuring the smooth running and timely completion of project.
I am now looking to focus more directly on project planning which with my extensive I.T. background and hands on approach to the job I have found myself ideally suited, taking great satisfaction from being able to provide a very high quality of service.
