I am a professional planning engineer since 1995 and holding a PMP accreditation from the Project management institution since 2005. I gained my experience in planning through being actively involved in different multidisciplinary projects. In addition, my background as a civil engineer and my site experience provided a solid support to my planning career through the years.
My portfolio includes establishing complex baseline schedules with 6 to 10 thousand activities incorporating manpower, equipment, material and cost in heavy civil construction, mechanical installations and healthcare between many other disciplines. My professional profile also includes simple schedule presentations, tender analysis, sub-contractors schedule reviews, critical path validation, establishing project codes and wbs definition among many other technical scheduling aspects all self generated, presented professionally and with an adequate detail depending on each demonstration purpose.
