Excellent knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning work breakdown structure (WBS), Project Breakdown Structure (PBS), Planning and evaluation of schedule, activity float and utilization of critical path method (CPM) and prepare schedules, understand budgets, Cost, activity coding, man-hour performance systems, Earned Value reports and other elements of overall project monitoring, Implementation of project control procedures and systems in large scale projects and also experience as production, precast, material planner in manufactures and oil and gas industries.
