I'm currently the Manager of Project Controls for a startup Joint Venture operation in Morocco and am looking for my next challenge. I've been brought into my current role to develop the department policies and procedures, organize the department, implement the tools, staff the ongoing individual projects and provide guidance to the Joint Venture.
As you can,see from my CV, I have a rounded career spanning from a scheduler thru Quality Management and back to Project Controls. I've managed projects as large as 2BB US as a PCM prior to beginning my career as a Department Manager. Since then I've been responsible for projects and program management for projects as large as 7BB US. I am confident I will meet and exceed your requirement and expectations.
