My name is Peter Brooks, I am a very experienced construction planner operating throughout the UK, providing various construction clients with planning services; from tender and construction through to dispute resolution. I can work either at your facilities or from my fully equipped office in Lancaster to provide planning support to your business. I work predominately with Asta Powerprojects but also carry Microsoft Projects.
My company Brooks Technical Services Ltd has been in operation since 2003, during this time I have, and continue to work for a variety of clients including Balfour Beatty, Bovis, ISG Group, Jackson Jackson & Sons, SR Metcalf and Dandara. I pride myself on the level of repeat business I have achieved and it is always my aim to form on going and long term relationships with my clients by ensuring I provide the best levels of service I can achieve.
I work on all sizes of projects from small refurbishments and new build, through to major schemes such as the £250M Northern Batch PFI Hospital project on which I carried out all the major planning. This project followed from work undertaken on the Blackburn Hospital PFI and I continue to support Balfour Beatty in bidding and developing the planning for hospital projects, both large PFI and Procure 21 schemes.
My experience is varied and covers all aspects of general construction including some civils experience. Additionally I undertake forensic planning works as well bid and construction planning services.
I am very flexible and am happy to travel throughout the uk or overseas should a suitable opportunity arise.
