Currently I am looking to work in a safe team environment with a company in. I am currently looking to utilize my diverse technical skills with a project planning team implementing of programs on a company wide basis in the areas of organizational effectiveness, competency development, organizational surveys, succession, and facilitation, as well as performance management initiatives for projects of all sizes and types.
The last 14 years I have been working in a decision making environment and I have 24 years of experience in refineries, chemical plants, power plants, and water treatment plants performing day to day maintenance, turnarounds, capital projects and new construction projects.
My technical skills are becoming more defined in the planning, scheduling, progress tracking and field change process do to my diverse mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and PLC/HMI programming skills. I have a very strong understanding of process controls and equipment design to achieve product production, scheduled maintenance and unscheduled maintenance.
My programming experience has given me a keen eye for detail which helps me work with a team to look at the big picture for the end results of safe progress and productions of the final product. I have worked with P3, P6, SLC500, Step7, Fix32 and multiple Windows based products.
