I have rich and varied experience over last 7 years in Project Planning / Scheduling and Project Controls in Oil & Gas and Fertilizer industry. I am well experienced in managing & working with Progress Monitoring, Progress Reporting procedures, Construction and Commissioning Schedules (Feasibility, Plan V/s Actual S-Curves, Manpower & Resource Histograms, and Scheduling etc.), Performing delay analysis, Manpower Productivity Analysis & close follow up of Performance Indicators, identifyingthe major delay contributing activities from the Project Master Schedule and highlight them to Management team to make sure effective measures are taken to avoid delays for project completion
