Producing a Level 3 Programme of the main contractors programme and correspondence and the forensic investigation into cause of delays.

Report on NEC (5th) contract Clause 31 & 32 programme(s) for client. Design and build of new Luton to Dunstable Busway, including structures. Producing a Level 2 on the current issued integrated schedule, and issuing recommendation to Client on the condition and acceptability of schedule(s).
