q Development of Turnaround workorder approval process flow
q Implementing approval process flow into Turnaround organization and ensuring buy in from business teams.
q Attending weekly meetings with Reliability,Process and Technical
q Accepting Turnaround work requests on behalf of T/A department
q Leading team of planners developing Turnaround work request packages,plans and schedules in P5 and Immpower SP

q Compile scope from all parties(ie. PMT,ENG..etc.)
q Chair regular scope meetings to review and update work scopes
