- Over sixteen years of experience in programme management, budget control, resource management, forensic delay analysis and dispute resolution, gained from multi-billion pounds Rail and Infrastructure projects with world top class consultants and contractors such as Balfour Beatty Rail, Bombardier, Invensys, Network Rail, Gammon, Parson Brinkerhoff (Rail division), London Underground, and London Overground.

- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain the resource loaded integrated logic linked programme for design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning, and handover stages of Rail Projects.
- Developed and maintained earned value management system to monitor and report key performance indicators as well as monthly and weekly reports and dashboards for senior management.
- Assessed and managed the impact of Change control process (Variations) on the delivery of programme and propose mitigation measure to keep project on track.
- Monitored and controlled delays and disruption to the contract programme using critical path based methods, assessed and prepared extension of time claims and established as-built programmes from site records.
- Worked with different contracting procedures and have an understanding of finance and law requirement with regard to the contracting process
- Good Command on Contractual Dispute Resolution (Adjudication, Arbitration, and Meditation) and delay analysis
- Designed, organized and delivered various training workshops on construction claims, claims avoidance, delay and disruption, construction contracts, earned value, project management software and extension of time.
