I have previous work experience of total 18 years of which I have spent about 9 years in Middle East as planner. I have prepared as well as reviewed milestone program for Design & Build projects, Turnkey Contracts as well as the Cost Plus contracts. I am well adept in using Primavera and have extensively dealt in delays and claims analysis both for contractor as well as Sub-contractor. My past experience includes preparing dashboard reports for Project management, prpare and review daily, weekly and monthly report, conduct planning review meetings and presentations to key stakeholders on program. Apart from the routine work, I have prepared EOT claims and have managed to buy settlement / agreement for most of them.
I have worked both as Owners Engineer as well as Contractor and understand the priorities as well as nuances for both the stakeholders.
