I have completed my contract with Mansell/Balfour Beatty, and looking forward for a new planning role, and I am available for immediate interview or start.
I feel I would be an excellent candidate for the advertised vacancy as it closely matches my skills and experience which I have gained working for major projects such as Westfield shopping centre, which was combination of building, civil, rail, internal and external finishes, and more.
My planning experiences starches into Civil, Construction, Rail, Airport and Motorway. From tender planning, to site and project control, using P6 as the main planning tools, and ASTA Power project and Microsoft Project as secondary planning tools.
I have experience of working with the NEC 3 form of contract, predominantly Option C and, occasionally, Option A, and have knowledge and experience of Earned Value (EV), cost control and monthly dashboard reporting.
Have in-depth knowledge of pre and post contract as well as tender planning of multi-disciplined projects. Construction, Civil, Rail & London Underground.
