- Developing deliverables by discipline
- Resource loading Deliverable
- Driving Deliverables such as Drawings, Specifications and System loads & Sizing's to support Procurement Packages for Skid equipment / Main contracts / Planning Permissions.
- Interlinking design deliverables and working with design leads to co-ordinate track and manage progress.
Tendering & early Construction
- Site layouts, construction permits ingress and exits to main roads, site services and security
- Preparing key contract dates for tenders and expectations from bidders
- analyzing returned bids for constructability, Resourcing, procurement strategy of contractors for materials and equipment.
- Developing tender analysis reviews for team selection
- Monitoring and co-coordinating construction progress
- Mitigating workarounds and negotiating acceleration with contractors when required.
Commissioning
- Developing Start up plans
- Cordinating Mechanical, Electrical, Controls systems and Vendors for start up sequence.
- Developing clear and safe handover plans from Mechanical completion to commissioning team in a well documented manor
