Position:  Planner

 

Duties &Responsibility:          

Contributing the planning processes of preparing the project plans and follow up the execution either from the company head office or joining the project site team for the following projects:   

  • Construction of 100 beds hospital in Timaa (67,000,000 SR), from the head office, 13 months in a rescue plan up to now.                                            
  • Construction of TRAUMA Care Center (90,000,000 SR), from the head office                                            
  • Construction of SASO Laboratory  (35,000,000 SR), from the head office and 10 months in a rescue plan until handing over
  • Construction of ECC Care Center (39,000,000 SR), from the head office.                                               
  • Construction of Al Jouf Technical college (52,000,000 SR), from the head office, 8 months in rescue plan up to hand over.
  • Construction of Arar Technical college (52,000,000 SR), from the head office, 8 months in rescue plan up to hand over.
  • Construction of Al Madina Prison (23,000,000 SR), from the head office.
  • Construction of Skaka Mosque (14,000,000 SR), from the head office, 3 months in rescue plan up to hand over.

Main Tasks:

With coordination with other departments (Procurement, Mechanical, and Electrical)

During the planning stage of the project:

  • Prepare the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
  • Create the list of Activities from the B.O.Q and DWG.
  • Estimate the Duration for Activities.
  • Build the logical relationships between Activities
  • Prepare the Master Schedule for the Project
  • Prepare the Material Submittal Schedule
  • prepare the procurement Schedule
  • Prepare the subcontracting schedule.
  • Determine, allocate resources and produce the resource usage diagrams.
  • Prepare Cash flow (In and out).

During the construction stage of the project

  • For the project which running on the schedule
    • Conduct regular visits to the projects sites.
    • Prepare weekly updating for the schedules
    • Prepare and present weekly report to the projects manager
    • Prepare and present Monthly report to the top management
    • Prepare earned value analysis
  • For the project running out of schedules:
    • Move to the project site.
    • With coordination with the construction manager and the project manager, preparing a rescue schedule.
    • Prepare the incentive plan to motivate the project team.
    • Closely follow up the running activities, proposing unconventional methods of construction saving time and improving quality.
    •  Prepare weekly updating for the schedules
    • Prepare and present weekly report to the projects manager
    • Prepare and present Monthly report to the top management
    • Prepare earned value analysis
