- Planning & scheduling work activities and resources for all projects.
- Prepare, update and adjust work schedule to cater the differences in original plan versus actual work progress.
- Prepare Weekly & Monthly Progress Report.
- Monitor actual daily production rates of sub-contractor works and forecast the possibility of works to be completed on time.
- Summarize & report weekly work progress to Project Manager and Construction Managers.
- Arrange technical discussion with construction team, consultant team & related sub-con to discuss the issues related to work delayed & mitigation plan.
- Forecast the cash flow requirement for the project.
