- EPC basis Erection of Cracker Furnace Package and Composite Works for Gas Cracker Unit for Petrochemical Complex – II, Gas Authority of India Limited, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Mainactivities:
- Track and monitor the progress of the tasks and milestones, identify variances, and warning signs and ensure that early actions are applied in the schedule as necessary
- Analysis of Procurement and Material deliveries activities to identify the delayed tasks.
- Develop and update the Level 4 EPC Schedule.
- Monitoring the additional scope contracts by periodical meetings with the client.
- Follow the claim controversies to achieve the fair payment for the additional scope of work.
Achievements:
- Agreement with the client for extension of time due to changes of the work non-attributable to the Contractor.
- Opening channels of communication with the different project phases.
- Implementation of a Document Control System.
