Strong exposure to Middle East markets including India, Demonstrated versatility to quickly transition across differing market sectors such as Sky Scrapers (High-rise building), Infrastructure, Oil / Gas & specialization in Air-port jobs.
I believe my diversify experience in construction field (Expertise in High-rise, Infrastructure & Oil / Gas) together with Electro-Mechanical installations, would aid your consulting tasks. Some of my important accomplishments are:
• New Doha International Airport – Project: Passenger Rail System station Box –involved since Tender stage of programme submitted including Method Statement, all technical requirements (like organization, Plant / Equipment, Histogram, Financial Cash flow). Job had been awarded in January 2010 and prepared CL14 Programme with resource loaded and satisfying the all client requirement. It was completed in 2012 with few changes handled by approved change request and extension of time.
• NEW DOHA INTERNATIONAL AIR-PORT (NDIA) - PASSENGER TERMINAL COMPLEX under Package CP-51, & Project: Passenger Rail System station Box – was successfully handled as a key role of project control senior engineer.
• Infrastructure works, R881/3B (COMPREHENSIVE IMPROVEMENT OF THE PARALLEL ROADS)-Dubai consists of Bridges & underpasses and JXB/INF-052 JAFZA BRIDGE consists of Abutments, Piers & Gantries.
• Infrastructure works for New Container Terminal at Doha – Port (Involves Surface Water Drainage, Street Lighting & Telephone, Potable water, Marine Piling, Dredging, and Construction of Revetment & MEP works).
• Project Control progression handled for High-rise clusters of building (9 towers of 50 storey) in Dubai at Jumeira beach residence is tangible challenges of focusing new technologies was introduced to minimise time & cost factor. Identify unproductive work and changing content in programmed updates including analysing and demonstrating the effect of delays to a project schedule.
• Project: Shah Gas Development Package - A (EPC2 & EPC3) 9 Substations & 3 Control Building including MEP SERVICES.
