I am applying for the position of Sr. Planning and Scheduling Engineer.
I have completed my Bachelor of engineering degree in civil branch and passed out in 2005 from Visvesvaraya Technological University Bangalore-India with 78% aggregate.
As on date I have 6 years of working experience in different type of Construction & MEP projects like high raise Residential, Commercial, and Hotel and Metro Train projects.
Initially few years I worked in site as a Site Engineer and later moved into the planning dept.
Now I’ am working as a Planning Engineer in the M/s Al Basti & Muktha LLC in Dubai from past 15Months, during this time I have gained extensive experience in the advanced planning like Cost oriented planning, Management planning, EOT’s, Mitigation, Baseline and Revised Baseline Programs. I have involved in B2+B1+G+ 72 Floor 5 star Emirates hotels Project. I’m well-versed with Primavera P3 & P6, MSP, MS office & AutoCAD.
Being a Planning engineer I know how to deal with Management, Client, Main Contractor, Consultant and Sub contractor and I can work in any of this category as required by the employer and job profile.
Added to my extensive experience I have taken the Project Scheduling & Planning Professional (PSP) of AACEI and PMP of PMI Certifications are under progress, which has benefited me greatly in terms of problem solving techniques and ensuring I am knowledgeable on current requirements. I can handle any type of Civil and MEP projects (including Testing & commissioning) planning department independently.
