Currently I am involved as a Assistant Manager Planning with Larsen & Turbo, Abudhabi,I believe I meet all the essential criteria for the position. A summary of my experience and key accomplishments includes the following:
· Secured the position of being one of the important employee in the project after Project Manager & Construction Manager
· Successfully reduced costs by 1% of contract value for delaying Asphalt Paving Works by using Critical Chain Method to avoid Idle charges to the project
· Pivotal in enhancing revenue & enriching cash flows by 1% to 2% on monthly basis for the company by implementing concepts such as fast tracking the activities instead of crashing
· A keen communicator with good interpersonal, problem solving and analytic abilities
I am now looking to take up roles in Project Management, Project Controls and Contract Management in companies preferably in Construction industry. In addition, I am open to assignments across Qatar, Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Oman.
