The job I do in a nut shell is to assist the project engineer on a daily basis to ensure our work program/plan aligns with the Ellipse MST (Maintenance Schedule Task). I close the completed and uncompleted Ellipse job cards within Ellipse every morning to ensure compliance to London Underground and Metronet Rail standards. I also raise corrective work orders within Ellipse and I assist the Project Engineer by extracting important information from the work journals and transfer them to excel.
The information is then used in plotting graphs which is used to keep the top management abreast with our work.
It is also my duty keep the hard copies of the job cards and work journals, distribute via email to the Line and everyone concerned. I also ensure the information is available on Live link as well.
