I am currently, working as a Senior Project Planner and Project
Coordinator in Al Futtaim Carillion L.L.C.
I have an experience of over 4 years. I am a B.E Civil graduate with a
PGP in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR, India. I am quite
familiar with the Planning Tools - Primavera 3 and 6, MSP, MS Office.
Presently I am part of core planning group in 3.2 Billion AED New York
University project with MUBADLA as Client and EC Harris as PMC and Al
Futtaim Carillion L.L.C as Main Contractor.
My role is that of a Lead Planner in issuing, mitigating, recovery,
substantiation and making of contractually binding programmes,
construction programmes, tender programmes and subcontractor
programmes.
I am also involved in all the regular reporting Key Performance
Indices, Reports and Figures to Client, internal purposes and the
subcontractors, which includes Manpower, Productivity, Quantity, Cash
flow(Earned Value Charts), Delay Analysis, EOT claims Pictorial and
Graphical reports etc.
I am also partially assisting in Tendering and submission of Contract
Programmes for different projects in within the organization Limits. I
