I been working in the C&I environment for the 21 year.
In the last 5 years I been working on the Komati RTS project in the following positions,
- C&I contract supervisor
- C&I planner
- Turbine planner
- Senior Advisor Planning and scheduling
- Senior Advisor C&I Commissioning
In March 2006, I was asked to do the planning for Control and Instrumentation project department. I had no planning experience before March 2006. Not only did I learn the planning software (MS projects, Primavera P5, and P6) in a short time but also I moved from being a Departmental Project Planner to a Senior Advisor within 15 months. As a Senior Advisor, I oversee all departmental project plans and integrate them into one intergraded project plan.
