I am an experienced and motivated construction minded individual used to controlling operations both in the planning and managing terms , but also in the grass roots level. I am primarily a 'Manager' dedicated to controlling and achieving goals set within the requirements of the Client. I have experience of schools, universities,and healthcare facilities from tendering to actual undertaking the live projects as a ‘Planning/Design coordinator Manager' and achieving completion with client satisfaction.
I am fully conversant and proficient with Asta Powerproject and MS Project and have had exposure to the use of Promervera 3e.Controlling the Consultants in achieving ‘design information’ flow for procurement and approvals from the’ end user’ and moving and motivating subcontractors to perform and achieve programme targets.
I have worked on a number of interantional projects and UK projects and have bid managed and carried projects from Tender to live on site in multiple fields including Social and Sheltered Housing . I understand the working conditions which go with the role suggested as Planning Engineer. My wealth of experience in the 'construction' and ' planning fields will compensate for any requirements the role will entail.
