I am an experienced and motivated construction minded individual used to controlling operations both in the planning terms, but also in the grass roots level. I am primarily a 'Manager' dedicated to controlling and achieving goals set within the requirements of the Client.I have experience of schools, universities and healthcare facilities from tendering to actual undertaking the live projects as a ‘Planning/Design coordinator Manager' and achieving completion with client satisfaction. Moving and motivating subcontractors to perform and achieve programme targets.
Compiling records and maintaining the budget costs of the Contract is foremost while developing the project. This happens at design, specification and employers requirements level. Controlling the Consultants in achieving ‘design information’ flow for procurement and approvals from the’ end user’.
Signing out a project, in terms of deliverables including H&S File, O&M manuals and the inclusive sign off certification is part and parcel of my current roles, in addition to the normal project administration.
