My profile in succinct, I have Master’s in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King’s College, London. Additionally, Post-Graduate in Construction Management and Graduate in Civil Engineering. I am Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. I have over sixteen years of international experience in diverse range of prestigious projects in Heavy Civil, Infrastructure, Military projects like Cross-rail (U.K), Signalling upgrade on Piccadilly Line (U.K.), Underground Delhi Metro Rail project (India), Pipe Line project (India), Hydro Power Project -1500 MW (India), Kandahar Air field (Under the supervision & Management of US Corps of Engineer, Kandahar) (Afghanistan), in Planning and Delay Claims. Presently I am working as a ‘Senior Planning Consultant’ with Blake Newport Pvt. Ltd., London, U.K. My Job Profile covers reviewing extension of time claims, Performing prospective & retrospective delay analysis of complex claims and variations, Performing critical path analysis, Preparing Delay Claims etc. Having hands on experience in using Software related to Project Planning software’s namely, Primavera Project Planner (P6), MS Project and Asta Power proficient in using/generating management reports and monitoring tools.
My present & past associations with reputed world class organization like Bechtel UK, Contrack International Inc., Suez Tractebel, Brussel S.A. and Skanska International A.B. has helped me to attain functional experiences and has fine-tuned my judgment in complex situations in planning and delay claims.
