Further to your recent advert on Planning Planet I am writing to express an interest in working for your organisation and have taken the opportunity of attaching my CV for your perusal.
My career has been heavily focussed in the construction management field, and I have many years experience working at various levels within the industry. My IT skills are advanced, particularly in relation to MS Office products as well as various specialist industry project management systems.
I have a wealth of knowledge in traditional building methods, managing large and small projects from both a commercial and residential perspective. In addition to this, I have many years experience in construction programming, and an excellent track record in health and safety, with expertise in producing health & safety plans, method statements and risk assessments.
I am very much a self starter, with a proactive approach towards my work. I also consider myself to be highly organised and structured, with a willingness to take on any challenge that is required of me. I am calm in a crisis and very approachable.
During my career I have worked for both large multi-national organisations as well as small family run companies, and have found that I easily adapt to each business.
