This is founded on a diverse range of UK and international experience that includes 17 years in the programme and project controls arena. Several of these programmes and projects exceed $500M in value and include: Sizewell-B Nuclear Power Station ($4BN), Hong Kong International Airport ($40BN), UK Channel Tunnel Rail Link ($12BN) and the 2022 FIFA World CupTM Qatar
My background offers programme controls management experience, primarily related to large scale infrastructure programmes in the fields of aviation, rail, power generation, sports stadia and most recently, metropolitan water supply. With this exposure, I am able to offer enhanced monitoring of cost and schedule performance, reporting and completing financial related client deliverables as well as performing various types of cost and revenue analyses. This in turn allows me to add value to processes and procedures, with further insight to lessons learned and best practices.
