Comprehensive knowledge of contracts, subcontracts, tender and documentation with 13yrs working experience in civil engineering and oil and gas industry, experience in pre and post contract function including tender / contract review, drafting agreement, procurement and award of subcontract works, negotiation with subcontractor and contract administration, experience in cost control, monitoring and forecast for large-scale project, ability to prepare and present tender and project budget report to senior management, ability to evaluate and pre-select subcontractor and suppliers, ability to review measurement of quantities, calculation and BQ. And also have more than 12 years experience in fabrication, installation, hook-up & commissioning.
