I have over 15 years planning experience in Railway industry ranging from Track Renewals, Station Upgrade, Communications Centre Upgrade to Signalling.
I have experience working with P3/P5/P6, Microsoft Project and Excel. I have worked with Sub-Contractors and Clients, reviewing, controlling and monitoring schedules to integrate into a single Project Plan. I have vast experience on establishing detailed works cost and resource estimates using Excel for ulitimate export to P5/P6 for the purpose of Progress and establishing EV and KPI's.
I have worked on several Major Railway projects in United Kingdom and has included Track Renewals on National Rail, Track Signalling Works on Heathrow Express Extension to Terminal 5, Signalling Systems on Jubilee and Northern Lines on London Underground.
