PROJECT: Mobinil New Call Center Fit-out (LEED Certified) - Giza (EGYPT).
A 120 m EGP fully equipped Call Center at the Pyramids Heights for the largest mobile operator in Egypt. The project is LEED certified and consists of 2 basements and 4 typical floors with a total built-up area of 12000 m2. Scope of works include all fit-out and MEP works

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Leading the Project Management Team responsible for:
Developing & Update of Contract Programmes.
Preparing periodical evaluation & planning analysis reports.
Budgeting and Control of Budget through periodical reports.
Reviewing and Processing Consultants Request for Payments.
- Follow up and coordinate with different Consultants and Client’s different department during the design stages till issuing the Construction Documents.
- Process Value Engineering cycle to reduce Project’s budget.
- Coordinate and follow-up the Handing over of the building for the Owner to the Client.
- Preparing Bid Documents and Contract’s Particulars conditions.
- Evaluating Bidders submitted tenders and negotiation rounds with Bidders.
