I will bring with me my experience in planning and controlling projects, portfolios & programs. My experience includes preparing resource and cost loaded EPC programs with key performance indicators to monitor the progress.
During my tenure of over 15 years as head of the department, I have horned my skills in leadership & team development by directly managing a technical team of 16 members and in coordinating, consulting, mentoring, supporting & directing the project managers across all sites with the methodologies, templates, lessons learned and with the frame works of project management.
I have the experience in developing a holistic project execution plan in line with the underlying logistics and in establishing control procedures such as a performance metrics, scope schedule & issue matrix and in developing an action plan to achieve them.
My experience in identifying risks inherent in contracts & managing them with a strategy, stake holder engagement, communications & management puts me on an advantageous position for the role.
My excellent communication skills both in written and oral have helped me effectively resolve burning issues during the progress & workshop meetings with the stakeholders.
I also had the opportunity to develop business plans with projected turn-over reports and forecasts for resources such as the plant, labour & human resources and experienced in preparing cash flow forecasts which includes, inflows and outflows for different cost categories.
I have prepared tender budgets by distributing the cost against the phase codes and have the experience in tracking the costs and in compiling the cost performance report.
With my knowledge in forensic analysis of events I have identified the cause and effect of the under-performing operations and developed a robust turn-around plans by identifying underlying issues and addressing them systematically.
My ability to do multi-tasking across projects and influencing their performance with valuable inputs on methods, strategies, communication, work flows & control methods and have seasoned to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
I have the knowledge of various strategies and their frame work, levels, implementation & control with an understanding on the issues in corporate management, governance, competitive scenarios, and strategic enablers & in corporate social responsibility. I also have an affinity for operations research and management being my favourite subject and wish to experiment with lean principles.
