In Summary
I am a Chartered Civil Engineer with 16 years site experience on a wide variety of projects and contracts to include motorway construction, bridge construction, commercial and residential construction, RC frame construction, broad civil engineering projects (drainage, tunnelling (thrust bore, pavements, bridges, sea defence and hurricane relief. 14 years planning and scheduling (critical path analysis) of construction works on all the aforementioned project times working from hand calculation to P6 V6.2.1 advances user stage. Considerable experience and expertise in developing and analyzing construction programmes and performing and analyzing delay analysis. I have carried out delay analysis in support of EOT applications and audited EOT submissions since 1997. Considerable experience in various methodologies to include Window Analysis, Collapsed As Built Analysis and Time Impact Analysis for the submission of EOT claims and defences for site level dispute resolution and more formal resolution through Conciliation and Arbitration. I am passionate about the field of Delay Analysis and Forensic Delay Investigation.
