v Prepare, maintain and control overall master schedule in level 3 thru interactive planning.
v Contribute draw the narratives of covering basis of schedule and methodologies.
v Identify, prepare and issue early project stage deliverables.
v Prepare, maintain and control integrated lower level progress measurement system.
v Develop and implement plan versus actual histograms & S-curves.
v Communicate the progress measurement system with progress estimators/ junior planners.
v Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.
v Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required action of the associate task member.
v Prepare and update look-ahead schedules that reflect the priority activities.
v Participate in schedule review meeting, progress meeting, coordination meeting, and constructability review meetings.
