The programme includes 900km of world-class expressways including highways, interchanges, truck routes, underpasses, flyovers, and a full range landscape. The programme also includes a major scope of infrastructure including TSE pipelines, storm water pipelines, street lighting, MV/HV power lines, power substations, ITS, and sign gantries.
Managed complex EPC Programme from inception to completion, interfaced with key stakeholder, resolved 13 Projects Baseline issue, and implemented project control system for corporate schedules updates.
Created master schedules of 10000 tasks to summarize programme status, EVM ( CPI and SPI), SV,CV, CPM, S Curves , and Cost Control

The contract value was £110 million, which has been extended to include Phase II Construction to an increased value of works to be approximately £170 million.
