I have over 25 years of post qualification experience in various disciplines in construction Industry in Australia, New Zealand and Dubai.
During this period, I was involved with Construction planning /scheduling; Project coordination / site management; setting up short term targets and developing detailed short term programmes, monitor on- site progress and coordinating with site execution team.
I have used planning softwares like MS Project, Primavera P3 / P6 for preparing the construction schedules and generating the reports.
I also have a good experience on Site supervision, Review the shop drawings for build ability; Quality assurance, quantity estimation and tendering; sub contract enquiries, scrutinise Sub- contract quotes and finalise Sub-contract documentations; conducting the periodical coordination meetings; Monitoring costs etc.
