In India I held the position of Operations Director (Vice President Operations) for Laing O’Rourke in their JV business with DLF India’s premier developer which from a zero start resulted in 10 million ft2 of construction in progress by year 2 including SEZ’s, Townships & Icon projects In India I held the position of VP of Operations a pan India responsibility.
I was also tasked with establishing a Hotel & Fit Out business and foster a partnership with Hilton for the aligned role out of circa 100 hotels & resorts on a turn key basis. This was achieved successfully, with 3 schemes under construction & 12 under finalisation of design as I left the business. .
