SUMMARY

Responsible for JCA Project Planning’s elevation to Western Australia’s pre-eminent project planning & control firm, Trevor also has considerable and valuable individual experience to benefit JCA’s clientele.

 

He and his team are available to assist on short to medium-term project assignments for project planning and control services on a wide variety of project based works.

During this time, Trevor has managed JCA’s consulting activities, including directly consulting on major Project Planning & Controls assignments, in particular, driving JCA’s Forensic Planning consulting services for many Delay Claims, including acting as independent expert witness, in arbitration/litigation.  The following are some examples of recent proceedings where Trevor has acted (or currently acting) as expert:

1990-2000     Trevor previously held a senior project management position with one of Perth’s leading Construction Firms.  Trevor was responsible for the successful management of numerous construction projects to the complete satisfaction of Clients, Project Consultants, & internal management.   Examples of these projects included:

 As Project Manager, Trevor’s responsibility was to manage all facets of construction management, project controls and contract administration for his projects. Including:

Set-up and monitor construction programmes/reports;

Set-up, control and administrate project budgets & costing;

Manage the preparation & issue of sub-contract and purchase order contracts;

Submit monthly progress reports and liase with Clients and Consultants;

Chair site meetings with Consultants and Client representatives.

Manage Document control,

Preparation of internal quality procedures for projects staff;

Trevor is a current member of the Society of Construction Law. Trevor was accepted as a member of the Society for his contributions to Forensic Planning (Delay Claim Time Impact Analysis). The Society is an international association for Construction Law based in the UK.
